YOURS FOR GOOD FERMENTABLES is a chronicle of my love affair with beer: not simply with its flavors —as delicious, complex, and varied as they may be— but with its history, science, lore, and evolving creation. I do also write about wine, whisk(e)y, and other good fermentables.
