Pic(k) of the Week: IPA at the beach

IPA at the beach

Sometimes, it's not so much what beer you're drinking, but where you're drinking it.

Here: A draft IPA served on the patio of a pub at the beach (and the Atlantic Ocean), in St. Augustine Beach, Florida, on 3 August 2018.

Summertime, and the drinking was easy.

  • If you must know, the beer was I-10 IPA (6.75% alcohol-by-volume, 65 International Bittering Units) from Intuition Aleworks, in Jacksonville, Florida. And the pub was The Beachcomber, in St. Augustine, Florida, where A Street ends at the dunes.

  • Pic(k) of the Week: one in a weekly series of photos taken (or noted) by me, posted on Saturdays, and often, but not always, with a good fermentable as the subject.
